PAYMENT OPTIONS


Credit Cards/Debit Cards with Paypal

Quick Stop Pro accepts Debit/Credit cards through Paypal. During check out, customers are asked to verify order and are then proceed to Paypal to finalize the order. You can use your Credit Card/Debit Card to process a secured one-time payment with Paypal. You can also use available balance in your Paypal account or use “Bill Me Later” option if made available by Paypal to your account.

Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders “Pay by Mail”

Simple and Easy payment is with a cashier’s check or money order. Place the item you’d like to purchase in our shopping cart and proceed to check out. During checkout, you will be asked to choose a payment method. Simply choose “Pay by Mail”. After checkout is completed, mail the money order or cashier’s check for the total amount to the address provided. Please include order number or a printout of the completed order.
Please note that orders WILL NOT process until funds have cleared the bank.

SALES TAX

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We allow return or exchange items purchased from us as long as we are notify within the 14 days of when the order is received. If you are not happy with your purchase/order, you can return for a refund or exchange. Customer are encourage to inspect the product before installation. Once item has been installed on the vehicle the item cannot be returned(unless defective).

A refund or exchange of a product will only be processed if it is accompanied by the original sales invoice. Freight charges are not refundable.

All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an order is shipped then canceled, it will subjected to a 20% restocking fee. There are absolutely no returns after 14-days of receiving product.

We will exchange any UNUSED and UNDAMAGED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of lesser value, customers will be refunded the difference minus the restocking fee. If the value is greater, customer is responsible for paying the difference. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of exchanged items.

Customer is responsible for lost or stolen packages mailed back to us containing the parts being claimed under warranty. The shipper is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company used for the return.

For International Orders

Shipping charges both ways will be the responsibility of the customer for any cancellations, returns or warranty claims outside the Continental USA. Quick Stop Pro will pay for any shipping costs under any circumstances.

 

ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. Returns/Exchange requires the order number, customer first and last name.
We do not accept any item for return without a valid order number or customers first and last name. A return/exchange request is made to a representative of Quick Stop Pro at info@quickstoppro.com

2. Customer MUST return item in original UNUSED and UNDAMAGED condition.
Returned items must be in complete and sellable original packaging, and must not have already been installed. Any items that have been returned in poor condition, damaged or missing parts will NOT be credited and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

3. Customer MUST pay for shipping to return item.
We will not pay the shipping fees to have the item returned to us.

Any refund or credit approval will be credited to your Paypal account within 72 hours. Check or Money order refund will be subjected to 10% processing fee.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES BY US

At any chance that we shipped you the wrong parts for the order palced, we will provide you with the correct parts and cover shipping. Quick Stop Pro we will arrange for return shipping. Replacement parts will be for the correct Make/Model/Year and Spec that was originally ordered. We will not exchange for a different Make/Model/Year and Spec, unless customer pay for the 20% restocking fee.

DAMAGE AND LOSS

All order leaving Quick Stop Pro is carefully packaged and secure for shipping. Upon delivery, please inspect the package prior to it being signed for. If the package is damage, do not sign for it and ask the delivery personal to return the package to Quick Stop Pro. All package leaving Quick Stop Pro will require a signature, so someone must be present to sign for the package. An adult must sign for the package, if commercial address. Damaged, missing or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 14 business days, regardless who is at fault. Please contact us immediately if the package is damage or missing parts.
